Dott. Marco Mataloni

Chartered Accountant – Statutory Auditor – Technical Office Consultant

Marco Mataloni was born in Florence on the 15th December 1955.
After attending classic high school, he graduated cum laude from the Economic University of Florence in 1979.
He has been a Chartered Accountant since 1980, Statutory Auditor since 1986 and Technical Office Consultant since 1987; he worked in Florence for most of his life, leveraging the heritance of his father, who was a lawyer, and mostly collaborated with corporate and holding company.
He is and has been a member of Boards of Directors and Auditors of many corporates, including banks, and has been looking after many clients and their heritage passages within their holdings. He cultivates mainly international client relationships.  He is married and has two wonderful grown up children, one of whom is part of the Firm.

Dott. Francesco Mataloni

Chartered Accountant

Francesco Mataloni is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, and he is member of the respective bar since January 2018 and April 2024.
Since 2014, he has carried out his professional activity mainly in Tuscany, providing consultancy services and assistance to important corporate and private entrepreneurs.
He graduated in Accounting and Professional Practice in 2016 with top honors from the University of Florence, with a thesis in tax law titled “The tax aspects of generational transition in companies.”
In 2016, he furthered his studies on the thesis topic by participating in a specialized course titled “The assets of the individual and the entrepreneur.” During his internship, he dealt with significant tax issues at a firm of prominent tax lawyers in Florence.
In 2021, he became a Director for the Young Union of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Florence.
At the firm, in addition to regular consultancy, he is currently specializing in agricultural companies, start-ups, and innovative SMEs, as well as business incentives – including Research and Development (R&D) Tax Credit, Advertising Bonus, Industry 4.0, New Sabatini Law, and Regional Calls for Proposals.
He also oversees tax incentives for foreign taxpayers intending to relocate to Italy, analyzing all aspects of tax benefits to attract foreign human capital, foreign investment holdings, double taxation, and related foreign tax credits.
In 2022, he collaborated with the Study Center Foundation of the National Union of Young Certified Accountants on the publication of a Knos Notebook titled “Generational transition of family businesses: civil, tax, and business aspects of the family pact institution.”
In 2023, he collaborated with the Young Union of Certified Public Accountants in Florence for the development of an in-depth course on start-ups and innovative SMEs, also serving as a Speaker.

Dott. Tommaso Migliori

Chartered Accountant – Statutory Auditor – Crisis Manager

Tommaso Migliori is a Chartered Accountant and a Statutory Auditor and is part of both bars since 2014.
He attended Business Administration faculty where he graduated in 2009.
He worked for Deloitte from 2014 to 2017 and he is part of Studio Mataloni & Migliori since.
Tommaso took a Master in “Management, law and sport business” and “Rethinking International Tax Law” by University Leiden; through these experiences, he first leveraged his know-how in sportive corporates and associations and then in international law, especially BEPS and the politics to face hawkish fiscal planning.
Today he takes care of ordinary auditing and advisory, fiscal full fillings and tax returns, VAT, IRAP, CNM. He also is in charge of drafting of Balance Sheets and cooperates with the other members of the firm in extraordinary operations (M&A, restructuring, corporate organization) and follows international law themes. Furthermore, he is experienced in handling insolvency proceedings.

Dott. Manuele Vannucci

Chartered Accountant – Statutory Auditor – Crisis Manager

​Manuele Vannucci is a certified public accountant and statutory auditor, duly enrolled with their respective professional associations since 2013.
He pursued his studies at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Florence, where he graduated with the highest honors in 2010.
Presently, Mr. Vannucci specializes in providing comprehensive consulting services to corporate clients, encompassing ordinary tax advice and related computations, as well as the preparation and submission of tax returns, including Models Redditi, Iva, Irap, and CNM.
He also prepares financial statements, and has advised clients on a range of extraordinary transactions and corporate restructuring initiatives.
Furthermore, he is experienced in handling insolvency proceedings.

Dott. ssa Pasqualina Onesto

Chartered Accountant

Pasqualina is a Chartered Accountant from march 2017. She graduated in Business Administration and Economics in the University of Naples, Federico II, after a Bachelor and a Master degree in 2013.
From 2014 to 2016 she worked as a trainee to become a Chartered Accountant. She is a member of the bar of Florence since 2019.
She takes care of ordinary bookkeeping records of corporates and fiscal consultancy, connected to the different deadlines of corporates and individuals (both employees and freelancers).
Her tasks are linked to the management of the ordinary accounting of the joint-stock companies of the firm, as well as to tax advice and preparation of financial statements. She also deals with the various tax obligations in the field of VAT, IMU, and income tax returns.
For companies, she takes care of the civil aspects related to the drafting and the approval of the relative budgets in IV Directive.
She also manages relations with the Italian Tax Authority. Specifically, she looks after all the preparatory phases of the filing of documents as well as compliance activity.

Dott.ssa Chiara Stiacci

​Chartered Accountant – Statutory Advisory – Technical Office Consultant

Chiara Stiacci is a Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor and Technical Office Consultant at the Court of Florence, to which she is registered in their respective registers since 2014 and 2015.
She enrolled in the Faculty of Economics in Florence where she graduated in 2002.
After ten years of experience as an employee in an accountancy firm, she decided to take up the profession and in 2014, after passing the state exam, she enrolled in the register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts in Florence.
Her duties are to be linked to the management of the ordinary accounting of the joint-stock companies of the firm, as well as tax advice and preparation of financial statements. She also deals with the various tax obligations in the field of VAT, IMU, tax returns, contracts, declarations of succession and analysis and counting in the field of compound interest and usury on banking contracts.

Dott. ssa Piera Virelli

Chartered Accountant

Piera Virelli is a Chartered Accountant since the first semester of 2021.                                                                                                She graduated from the University of Naples Federico II in Business Administration and then obtained her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the same University in 2013, with the highest honors.                                                                          Her main area of professional knowledge is taxation, with a focus on the tax process. In 2017 and 2018 she attended the preparatory internship for the qualification to the profession of Chartered Accountant, which ended in 2019.                        Currently, her duties are mainly related to the management of the ordinary accounting of corporations and partnerships of the Firm, as well as the advice and the various tax obligations in the field of VAT (Communications periodic settlements, INTRASTAT). For limited companies, she also takes care of the civil law aspects related to the preparation and approval of the corresponding Financial Statements in accordance with the Fourth Directive.

Dott. Salvatore Gagliano Candela

Chartered Accountant

Salvatore Gagliano Candela is a Certified Public Accountant, registered with the professional association since January 2023. Since 2020, he has been practicing his profession first in Palermo and now in Florence, providing regular and tax assistance and consultancy services to corporations.
During his time at the Sicilian office, in addition to handling regular and tax accounting, he has been involved in handling Investment Tax credits for investments in new capital assets and the Mezzogiorno Bonus, as well as preparing and analyzing the necessary documentation for the conformity certification required for the transfer of tax credits resulting from construction incentives.
Currently, his main responsibilities revolve around managing the regular accounting for the corporations at the firm, preparing financial statements, providing consultancy services, and fulfilling various tax obligations.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration and later pursued a degree in Entrepreneurship and Management at the University of Palermo, further enhancing his proficiency in the English language.
Salvatore is also registered as a Trainee Auditor in the Legal Auditors Register, where he is undergoing the necessary training for becoming a licensed Legal Auditor.
Aside from his professional pursuits, he is a passionate sailor, an Instructor of the Italian Sailing Federation, and a partner and founder of a yacht charter company operating in the Mediterranean Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Dott. Leonardo Orlandi

Chartered Accountant

Leonardo Orlandi is a Chartered Accountant, a graduate of the University of Florence, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and then a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Management in 2024.
In 2023, he embarked on his professional path in the field of tax and accounting consulting, starting his career as a trainee Certified Public Accountant and Auditor.
He is specialized in ordinary consulting for companies, handling ordinary accounting, preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and preparation of 770 forms.
His main skills include the calculation and preparation of taxes, such as those related to Income, VAT and IRAP forms. He also deals with ordinary tax obligations in the areas of VAT, IMU, preparation of Single Certificates (CU) and inheritance declarations.

Rag. Alessandra Villani

Accountant and Commercial Expert

Alessandra Villani is both Accountant and Commercial Expert from 1987.
She has always worked in business administration. Initially, she worked for private companies as an administrative manager, then in 1998 she started working in a management consulting firm. From 2010, she has been working as a freelance.
She regularly collaborates with Studio Mataloni & Migliori and her interests mainly concern financial accounting.
She is also specialized in financial statement filing and supports Studio Mataloni & Migliori in fulfilling all the VAT requirements, income tax return and Imu.
